That is the one of the biggest issues today. If you have been living under a rock lately and haven't been in tune with this controversial debate you should do your research. The "Big Three" as the top vehicle companies are General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. It has been a hard year on them indeed especially when the gas prices were skyrocketing people just did not put it in their budget to buy new cars. You wouldn't believe me if I told you that these major car companies are buying acres of land to store unsold cars. Most of the cars made today burn gas like it is nothing. Let's not even talk about an SUV aka a "Gas Guzzlers". It is just a fact that bigger your vehicle is the more gas it is going to burn. Well these dealerships were relying on those sales to increase their profits. Well I wouldn't be writing this blog if that strategy had succeeded. The Ceo's came to government to asking for a 34 billion dollar bailout package to stop their ailing companies from failing. To mention they did it in style landing on the launch pads with private planes screaming that you guys are broke! The only reason that a bailout negotiation should be passed is because of all the jobs that could be lost. When I said this I think about Detroit where a lot of American automobiles are manufactured. As I write this Congress is thinking about structuring a deal that would give the auto giants 15 billion and a government influence as reported at "Yahoo News". Lets just hope the dump bad ideas and bring in the new so, we can get those wheels rolling
