Yes but only in Dubai where A list Celebrities,millionaires and Billionaires work and play. If you can afford to stay at the new and luxurious Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai,then you can walk and lay (no sex on the beach in Dubai!!....if caught, your going to Jail!!)on the cool sand so says the hotel founder Sohiel Abedian. According to treehugger.com,the beach will have a network of pipes below the sand that contains a coolant to absorb heat from the surface of the sand. The swimming pool will also be refrigerated so you won't get any 'burns' at least not while staying at the Palazzo Versace Hotel. Folks, let us put visiting Dubai and the Palazzo Versace Hotel as one of the places to visit in our lifetime....but first we have to get our money right.
